    Customer Login Questions

    Few questions regarding the Customer Login Section.

    I have created a few login details and passwords for our trade resellers. I am currently testing the site and find that when I have logged in, it gives you all the product sections, which is fine and you can click products and it shows the new discounted price. However if you want to select a different section to look at on the navigation button at the top or the left hand side of the page, it logs you out (without telling you) and obviously shows the normal prices. Like it is reverting back to the 'original site'

    From the initial 'Welcome to online Catalogue Test' page you can select one of the pictures below and it will show the correct Retail and Trade prices.

    I have created a test login and would be grateful if you could take a look:
    Login Name: Test
    Password: test

    website: www.missglitzy.com

    Direct link to login

    https://catzlsecure.com/missglitzy/c...NID=index.html

    thank you Jenn

    Hi,

    The login details do not work. Did you upload after creating the test login? Do you have certain sections that are hidden from your trade customers?

    Kind regards,

          Hi,

          It is not logging you out of the site, just not displaying that the person is logged in, if you click back on the 'Click here to Login' link it immediately shows you the logged in info without you having to login again.

          Looks like you are using different Primary templates for your sections and some of them are missing the Login information ..
          <!-- If customer accounts are in operation following two lines allow displaying -->
          <!-- User name and customer account name on every page -->
          <!-- NETQUOTEVAR:LOGINLINK --><Actinic:NOWSERVING/><Actinic:CURRACCOUNT/><Actinic:LOGOUT_SIMPLE/>
          <!-- NETQUOTEVAR:HEADER -->

          If this bit is replaced then the login information should display throughout the site.

          Kind regards,
          Bruce King
