Unable to Edit Adnavced Network Options

    Hi and Goodmorning All
I am having a bit of a problem with my site...I cant seem to edit the Advanced Network Setup Page....it comes out as non-editable...and suddenly my site has become a Test Site..I get this message when I refresh my site:

Brochure Home page is being uploaded to http://localhost/acatalog/test/index.html. Any existing page called "index.html" will be overwritten. Please confirm that you want to upload this page

What is going on...please help..would appreciate..
    cheers

    Hi,

You most probably have changed Actinic to Test mode. I would suggest going into the Web menu and clicking on "Switch to Production Mode". This will now get the Network Settings back to normal and you can proceed.

    Kind regards,

Bruce..many thanks..I have already done that...
But I have a few questions....

1.When I Update my site..it complains that there are spaces in the file names and says some browsers may not like it

      2. The link between the Catalog and the home page does not work. When I refresh my website I get the following message :

Brochure Home page is being uploaded to http://localhost/index.html. Any existing page called "index.html" will be overwritten. Please confirm that you want to upload this page

      Cheers

          Hi,

This is a routine warning that is shown everytime you upload the site till you select 'Do not show this warning in future', reason for this is that some users prefer to have their own index.html page that is designed outside of Actinic and selecting 'No' will not upload the home / index page and overwrite their custom index page.

The reason for the link between the Catalog and home page not working is most probably because you have selected 'No' when faced with the warning.
1.When I Update my site..it complains that there are spaces in the file names and says some browsers may not like it
This is because some browsers prefer that there is an underscore between words that constitute a page name instead of a space. This is usually not a problem.

          Kind regards,
