Checkout - Address Details

Currently on my website, www.ldtv.co.uk, when people order items they are only "Forced" to put in one line of their address. I would like to make it so that at least two lines of their address are necessary before they can finish. How would I go about doing this?

Go into Design | Text and select the Checkout tab and then sub-tab for delivery.

You will find the choices listed where you can enable a checkbox next to the option on the 'required' column.
