Change Nav links

I would like to add a nav menu on the left (grey area) of this page to include a list of the sections included in the site.

What is the code i need to include and which layout template do i need to add this too.
This nav link is avail on my 'home' page

Been trying to do this but with no luck.

Also How do i change the colour of this 'grey area'? it looks naff

In Brochure_Primary.html just above the </HEAD> tag add
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript" SRC="actinicextras.js" TYPE="text/javascript"></SCRIPT>

Look in Design | Colors check if pallette colour 3 and pallette background and make a note of the current values before you change whichever is appropriate - then recheck the whole site to see what you broke.

tried those changes for the nav links, aint made any difference. must be something small i am missing.

Its working for me - try a browser refresh (F5)
