Customers names in quickbooks

Currently quickbooks calls all our customers internet shopper.

I have seen reference to changing a part of actinic to allow it to export to quickbooks the account name for account customers.

Can anyone recall where that is please.

I think I saw this in the 'Actinic Link - Getting started Guide' (User Guide) which you can download from here:

Is there any way that I can modify actinic to automaticly put the customers name in the external reference.

This would save you having to manually alter every customers account.

Hi,

You wll not be able to modify Actinic to automatically out the customers name in the external reference, but you can make an easier job of it by exporting the customer accounts from Actinic using the File | Export functiona nd selecting only Customer accounts, youc an then copy over the Customer Name field/column to the External Reference column and there by achieve the job in a short time. Save the file and Import back into Actinic.
