Redirecting users after a purchase

I am looking to sell digital downloads on my site, and the aim of the game is that after the user views a preview of the clip, they then pay for it throught actinic - i need to establish whether it would be possible to send the user back the relevent file after their purchase. Excuse if i am not in the correct place with this question-it is my 1st post.

It is no problem to have a preview clip of the download... in a product simply add another URL pointing to the shortened preview version of the item.. this can be under the more info link or you can add a link into the product description area.

Digital downloads work by the customer placing and paying for the order and in their receipt they receive a randomly generated URL which they click on to download the actual full version.

Best to check the main actinic site as to which versions support digital downloads if you have not already got a copy.
