    CW2 Problems

    hi there i am currently having problems when an order is downloaded the cw2 remains blank even when it have tested it and it is a required field,

    firstly it completly disapeared then when i restarted my machine the box appeared but just blank, i have now upgraded to ver 7.05 to see it that has made any differance but not

    any help would be great

    Hi,

    Are you using SSL on your checkout pages? If so, can you try this for me please. Go into Business Settings | Payment and Security | SSL and turn it off. Click on Configure Method and select "Actinic Inbuilt Encryption". Upload your site and place a test order, download it to see if the CVV2 comes with the order. If it does then switch back to your earlier payment method, switch SSl back on and refresh your site. You should now see that the CVV2 numbers are downloading properly with the orders. I honestly have no idea why this happens but changing over to the default and then back to SSL seems to fix the issue.

      did this get sorted, Stuart?
      I've just upgraded to v7.0.5 and have found that the CV2 info isn't being forwarded from the java encryption to the catalog when downloaded.
      And I need to use this method as the upgrade has stripped my Protx encryption password and I'm waiting for Protx to inform me of what it is again!
      And don't even get me started on what the upgrade has done to my shipping!!
      As soon as I've sorted the order that has come in.. I'm downgrading again..
