    Long pages to multiple pages

    Hello All

    Please forgive a newbie quesiton but I am hoping someone can help me.

    In my store (it is not online yet) I have a product section with many products and that page needs a lot of vertical scrolling (top to bottom).

    I am wondering if it is possible to somehow split this page into multiple pages and have a link at the bottom that shows something along the lines of "Page 1, 2, 3 , etc..." or "Next page" with the numbers being links to that page in the group.

    Hope that makes sense and thanks in advance for any help.

    Cheers!
    Kevin

      No you haven't .....

      Hi Folks,

      I too, have been looking for the very same requirement.

      Despite much input by some of the top forum users, this requirement is achievable but in NOT a very good way, however i am still awaiting some feedback.

      There is also a thread by 'Ben Coleman', on the same need.

      The answer provided by Pinbrook, (with the greatest respect), does not solve the problem in two ways;
      a) secondary pages, (page 2 ,page 3,etc) show at the Parent Section Level, which is stupid,
      b) you will require multiple primary templates to stop Previous and Next falling off the 'ends' of your section and linking to no where. Which is not the end of the world but the Advance User Guide does not deal with this.

      Goto this thread and we will see if we can get an appropriate complete answer.

      Simon.

      P.S. the thread is getting long, but stick with it, i believe this requirement to be a pretty basic need.
