Importing from excel or csv

Is there an example csv or excel file knocking around somehwere (with clear step by step instrucions) with some demo products with ALL the options.. for layout, pricing etc etc, so I can experiment with this and start creating one for real to import later once my site is designed to my content.

I have skimmed the help file and get the jist.,.. yet a working example would make things 100x quicker for me

You can find samples on your computer by going to the sage directory Site 1: Original: common where you will find sample files

You can also go to File | Export and that will create the latest version of your current file if you have added new products and sections etc.

oof... just done that... that's a rather tasty csv I got meself now!

Think I'll "flag" that whole prcess for next week
