Does anyone know how to do this......

We have got on our site the usual "this product ships in 24 hrs" stuff, but I have seen on other sites using actinic, that you can have small little images eg. green instock and red out of stock and this works the same as above, when the item becomes out of stock then the pic changes from green to red.

Please Please, just so I can stop hitting my head against the wall.
