Log Out Error

We use optional account Log In at www.noahsarkgardens.co.uk, which all works fine and dandy. However, when a customer tries to Log Out the script fails and referes the wrong page.
The address bar shows:- http://www.noahsarkgardens.co.uk/cgi...?ACTION=LOGOUT, but it just creates a blank page on my PC (with Actinic loaded).
Interestingly, on another PC the address bar shows:- http://www.noahsarkgardens.co.uk&act...n/bb000001.pl/, and pops up a 404 error page.
Hopefully, this will give some kind soul a good clue as to what's going wrong and perhaps tell me how to fix it.

Hi,

Have you made any changes to the scripts or changed the logout redirect? Did the log out work properly at any point of time? If so, what changes were made before it has fallen over?

I am faced with the very same problem. I would suggest you compact Databases and then do a complete refresh of the site and check to see if the issue persists.

If it still persists, please go into Help | Troubleshooting | Website Purge and Refresh. Let us know if there has been an improvement to the situation.

Log Out Error Persists

I've tried all you advise as we haven't changed any of the scripts (knowingly!) and the problem persists.

My debugger it tells me the following line error...

var sURL = 'http://www.noahsarkgardens.co.uk&ACTINIC_REFERRER=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2enoahsarkgardens%2eco%2euk%2fcgi%2dbin%2fos000001%2epl%3fACTION%3dStart%26REFPAGE%3dhttp%253a%252f%252fwww%252enoahsarkgardens%252eco%252euk%252fcgi%252dbin%252fbb000001%252epl%253fPRODUCTPAGE%253dOnline_Catalogue_Wild_Bird_XTRA_13%252ehtml%26REFPAGE%3dhttp%253a%252f%252fwww%252enoahsarkgardens%252eco%252euk%252fcgi%252dbin%252fbb000001%252epl%253fPRODUCTPAGE%253dOnline_Catalogue_Wild_Bird_XTRA_13%252ehtml';
location.replace(sURL);

with the final part (location.replace(sURL) being the offending item. Does this give any further clues? The report coming from bb000001.pl

Hi,

In Design | Options | Miscellaneous | Home Page Link, can you check to see if you are using a URL. If so can you also check to see if the URL has a trailing slash, eg., http://www.noahsarkgardens.co.uk/. Else try using none and see if it works. Please note you will have to update the site in either case for it to work.
