Disappearing threads?

Is it only me, or have other users noticed that they receive an email indicating an response/new question has been added to a thread, but when they come to the forum, and press New Posts nothing comes up?

Also today, I found a question on snapshot order content, composed an answer, but when I tried to send, received an invalid thread message. Navigating back to the v7 Support forum through the breadcrumb trails, I do not find the thread.

I have lost one of my threads few days ago..i posted it and then it just disapeared..

Hi Bill,

Do you know the ID of the thread you were responding to? IF you can then I can check to see if the thread was withdrawn by the person who posted or if it is indeed disappearing.

The one you mentioned with regards to order content ...

Snapshot -> does it backup orders too?

was deleted by the person who posted.
