The customer login feature comes with Business and Developer and can be used as soon as you have set up a customer account and uploaded the site. This is done in View | Customer Accounts (further help in the Help files under Account tab, Address tab and Customer tab).
Once you have set up the customer account, you may like to allocate a certain price schedule to it. The price schedule can be set up in View | Price Schedules, and then allocated to the customer account by selecting from the Price Schedule dropdown list on the Account tab.
