sectionlist problems

I need to put my section list menu (images) into a cell at the side of the page, but it wont let me make the cell any smaller, it stops at about 800 width even tho the images are only about 100, ive set my <td> width to 150 but the cell remains at about 800

i cant see whats up with it, it should just be harmless img tags n tables? i presume its something to do with actinic coz when i put in an img by itself without any actinic stuff(netquotevars e.t.c) it works fine

dont matter now, im gonna redesign from scratch instead
