Flash - Secure server

I have recently uploaded a flash file as a banner at the top of every page on my site. This all works fine but when the site move to the secure server a message is displayed 'Do you want to display the secure and non-secure items?'

As far as i can see the flash files are uploaded to the secure and unsecure server and the file name is referenced as filename.swf, not on any specific server or folder.

Shouldn't the page just load the flash file from the folder that that specific page is currently in?
If not is there a way of keeping the flash file but not having to agree to displaying the unsecure items as i think it is putting customers off ordering?

Isn't it likely that the unsecure item is the plug-in.
