Help Please!!

I'm trying to modify the layout on my pages and I have become stuck.

Please can somebody tell me what the bar is called at the top/bottom of the catalog pages that helps you go back to where you came from.

example: online catalog>extension ladders>DIY extension ladders etc...

It's just that i am trying to modify the font and alignment and I can't seem to find where to change them.

I am sure this is really simple.

its the templates with the word "parent" in them
