Hi,
We've recently had problems where customers using via debits cards (through protx) have had their transactions declined when using a valid issue number. However, if you put the transaction through without an issue number then it works. Obviously its too late or hard to see which users have had this problem and then gone onto shop elsewhere but has anyone else had this issue? Protx said they might be able to resolve the issue if we were able to provide the full card number of a customer who had this problem but obviously we destroy all card numbers when taking a telephone booking (and we havent had one since we alerted protx of the issue) and never see the card number for an internet booking. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to resolve it?
Thanks,
Jon
