darnit... PSP error... site at a standstill!

OK.. have upgrded to 7.0.5 this morning as it fixes a few issues we suffer with!

Did test order on site, to check everything is ok and couldn't get to Protx...was getting the usual

The payment service provider authorisation downloaded for order no had an invalid signature."
Remembered that changes need to be followed with updating the occupgrade.ini so added 1 to the number and re-uploaded.

    Still getting the same error.
Changed the number in the text file... still getting the same error

So, what am I missing here!
Ive done nothing else on Actinic this morning, other than patch from 7.0.4 to 7.0.5

I'm left with my site unable to take payment through Protx.. please tell me it's something simple I've missed?

Had you previously modified any of the other .pl scripts in the Site1 folder as an upgrade tends to reinstall the default scripts. Just a thought.

it's that vendortxcode error.... I've done a search and others had toruble with the patch stripping their OCCPROTXscripttemplate of their encryption password.
I checkedand guess what, its gone!
Trouble is I can't find reference to it anywhere and the link I previously had (email) to the password retrieval pages on Protx doesnt work, it seems.
So, I'm left waiting for Protx support to contact me with it
Wouldn't mind but it's going to have affected both sites.. am going to have to enquire about JTB when I've sorted BB out!

        Hi tracy

unfortunately I cannot provide any answer, but I have been waiting for a few weeks since 7.0.5 was released before upgrading, as I like you have an issue with offiline orders in 7.0.4.

I have noted that there seemed to have been two (there could be more) issues people have had when upgrading, the inability to upload to their site and the loss of credit card payment, i.e http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=16298
in all cases the issues are resolved but I am not looking forward to my planned upgrade next week.

I wish you all the best with protx

ok..called Protx for the password and all is done now!
Still got major issues with the displayed shipping on downloaded orders and missing CV2s on orders using the built-in encryption though :-(

I have had the same problem with downloading PROTX orders.
I have had the problem since June and Actinic still cannot solve the issue.
I have reset all the protx files and added 1 to the number at the start of the protx file.
They have even set up a dummy site as soon as the orders are downloaded to actinic we get the error again.

Beware as I think this may also be affecting the stock control within the program.
