Snapshot not importing into back up machine

Hi

I'm trying to import a snapshot of my site into my machine.
But I keep getting a fatal error message.
Is there a check list of steps you need to take to ensure you can pull it in.

The ACD file is just a ZIP file so you can rename the extension to .ZIP and extract the files that way if there is something specific in the backup you are after.
