The website (www.theprintbiz.com) is for personalised items such as clothing, mugs, mouse mats etc. In most instances you are given a choice of adding your own text and/or image.
To get the text the customer wishes to print on the product I have used the ‘Other Info Question’ – first thing I’ve found is that even if you do input some text I get the message ‘Name to be added is required’.
Secondly and most importantly is that the ‘Other Info Question’ appears to be a ‘required’ field which it can’t be as some orders may be image only and not require text.
Can you please help me get around both of these issues.
