Adding Navigation Items ....

Can I add Navigation items over and above the default list as indicated in Design Options > Navigation ??

I want to add my Top-Level Sections to this list of Nav Buttons.

Yes, you can. You can use the work around in the AUG page 34 to create a dropdown of your section list or create custom buttons and hard code the links in.
