    Hi Paul,

You will need to uncheck the free over check box and then set up the incremental rates for the UK Zone with values over £5 to reflect prices of 0.00, under 'Excess' select 'take the highest value in table" so that for values over £5 the shipping will be 0.00 or free. For the EU zone create incremental rates on the table and then use the 'Increment highest value in table by' feature for orders that surpass the defined table.

      Bruce,

how do you do this by weight though?

I have had free shipping to UK mainland only for orders over £35.00 and have done this by setting the free over £35.00 option.

Occasionally though I get orders from EU contries who order over £35.00 and then get no shipping added.

I have to go by weight as the Royal Mail won't ship over 2 Kg.

I want free shipping to UK but not to EU.

I hope this gets addressed in V8!

        Mark,

One for the wish list I am afraid. At present shipping can or cannot be charged over the whole site. This is on a wish list and I will add your vote there.

        Kind regards,

          Cheers Bruce,

seems this a subject that crops up time and time again from so many people in the forum. It's one of the most asked for features to be included in Actinic.

Could this be on a patch for V7 or are Actinic now concentrating on V8?
