I have used the 'Fax Number' line in the checkout pages as an 'Alternative Contact' prompt by changing the text, and it all looks fine, but when I print of the customers invoice it still says 'Fax Number' - How do I change this?

You will need to go in to Design | Text - enter fax and do a search through all the various sections and replace accordingly
