    Exporting Specific Data

    Does anyone know if there is away I can extract certain information from the actinic v7 program. I have to make a feed in ms excel to upload to price comparison websites. The information i have to enter into the spreadsheet per product is as follows;

    Manufacturer Name
    Manufacturer Product Code
    Item Cost
    Item Description
    Item URL in my website
    Item Image URL located in my website.

    I have over 300 products so this is proving a full time job just entering each of this info - whereas if there was a way of extracting the info which is already in actinic it could save me at least a full weeks work and the possibility of early nights!!! Any help would be appreciated alot!!!!!

      Froogle data feed

      Hello Oliver,
      I take it you are making a tabs delimited feed for a price compare site like Froogle, Kelkoo etc?
      There is an inbuilt feature to create a feed for Froogle in Actinic, this feed should contain most details you need. It may be a case of cutting and pasting the columns into your required format but a lot easier than creating feed from scratch as I have in the past.

      Go to 'File | Export Froogle Data Feed' to generate the file.

      Hope this helps
