This was placed as a test order by a collegue, it seems to be isolated as in I can now put thgrough an order fine. Just a bit worrying that it happened.

By the way we are going through SSL

    Any one seen it before?

    TIA

    Hi Ben,

This error is generated from within Actinic, see Design | Text | Goto | ID 360..

It happens when the order script finds an ivalid character or reference in the Order number or the order blob reference, this is done by checking the Safer Encrypted Data. Could happen if a person went to checkout / SSl page and entered an invalid character for any one of the fields and then hit the browser back button to return to the site and then again returned to the SSL page. This is to ensure that the details entered match up.. was ship to an address other than the invoice address ticked while placing this order.

It is usually not a regular occurance, actually first I have heard of it. If you look at the error log for your site ( error.err in teh acatalog folder on teh server) you should get a fair idea as to why this happened.

    Kidn regards,
