On my website www.baby-pages.co.uk i can add an item to the shopping cart and it is displayed in the cart, but if i do one of the following:
click update
continue
click checkout
then the shopping cart is empty. This is particuarly frustrating if the customer clicks checkout as obviously they can't buy anything.
The cookie expiry time is set to 24 hours.
Customer accounts are not set up so the users do not need to log in
It does work sometimes - this seems to be an intermittent folk, even on the same PC when so settings have changed.
We have received some orders since any settings were last changed.
Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
