PayPal problems - any ideas

Hi, we have just started accepting PayPal and have 2 orders that are PSP Pending and I am not sure why. Would it be possible for someone to answer the following questions regarding the setup:

1. When I set up PayPal as one of our payment methods in Actinic I was told to put in our PayPal email address into the merchant ID box when configuring the method of payment - is this correct?

2. How long does it normally take for PayPal to process an order?

1. Yes you do put your registered Paypal address into the merchant ID box.

2. You would normally receive an email from Paypal immediately the payment has been completed. It sounds as though the order was completed but the payment was not. Maybe your customer decided not to complete after being redirected to Paypal to make the payment.

Some customers do not like to use Paypal. You might want to consider Nochex as similar option to Paypal but not associated as much to ebay.
