Incorrect shipping charge

My shipping charges do not appear to be calculated correctly.

I am using Total Weight to calculate the shipping charge and have set the weight of an item to be 1.0kg.

When the shipping is calculated I expect the cost to be the value I have set for an item which weighs 1.0kg but the cost is being calculated for an item which weighs 2kg.

Please can someone tell me why?

Yes, it is because Actinic uses 'up to' for shipping bands and switches to the next band when it reaches the limit. If you want the 1kg item to ship at the lower price, you will need to set the band limit as 1.1kg and the next at 2.1kg etc.

Think of it as - first band is below, second band is below - and so on.
