Transaction report help

Hi,

Please could someone tell me if it is possible to produce transaction reports that include the purchase order number as well as the Actinic order number?

No it isn't from the standard product but you have some options to consider to get this

1) Buy a copy of crystal reports 8.5 and add the PO Num in
2) Get a report designer to do 1) for you.
3) Use a third party product to do this, as it happens, I have one that will do it :-) You can use our One Stop Order Processing product to do this, you can build views of your data, that include any fields you like from your order data. You can then print these, numeric columns are automatically totalled so you have in effect got an Actinic report generator, we are also adding an export module to this program so when that is there, you will have an easy route to exporting to more powerful analysis tools to produce management reports and so on. You can also use this product from any machine on the network - it doesn't have to be on the Actinic machine, so you can work on the figures without disturbing dispatch. Thanks Jan. Does it have to be 8.5 or will Crystal Reports 9 be OK ? Also, is it staightforward to make the changes ?
