I have read a previous thread about the stock update system and I'm confused. Is there anywhere which tells me exactly how the stock updating process happens, on my site and how the interface with my pC-based system works?
I handle credit card transactions manually and I have a spread of account holders and ordinary customers.
My stocks are held at a warehouse (not under my direct control) and I rely on my system to tell me when stocks get low.
At the moment I am using version 6 but I'm about to instal v7. Are there any significant differences I should know about?
Is there a particular way of processing orders which will guarantee I'm up to date and correct?
