Missing 'Special Delivery Instructions' Field

Can anyone help - I use a special delivery instructions field and it's been fine for a number of years. The problem is that it's now disappeared off my PC! It appears fine on other computers but the field just won't show on my machine.
I've done the obvious- switch off firewall, clear cookies, temp files etc but it just won't come back! Our other PC's show it and we use the same firewall, lines etc, so I just don't understand it?

I can see the special Delivery instructions field... strange one this is. Have you tried deleting your cookies & temp internet files and then trying the site to see fi they appear as normal?

Yeah tried that no luck. Hold on, I've had an idea - delete cookies and temp internet files, then shut down and restart PC before loading the shop.

Good grief it worked! Why did re-starting the PC make a difference?

Anyway, it worked and the 'Special Instructions' are now showing.
