Act_Order00 skipped

I've based my new site on an old site in which I had optimsed the checkout process. The problem is that I want my new site to give the option for a different delivery address, but it is skipping the act_order00.html page which asks if they want a different address.

But I can't remember how I got it to skip that page on my old site... I think it was something to do with the shipping destination?

Anyway, how do I get the 1st page back...?

Hi John,

You must have been using the 'Request Location information early' option to do that. Would suggest going into Business Setting | Ordering | Miscellaneous and unchecking the option.

Please check if you have Tax and Shipping applied.. View | Business Settings. If you do not have Tax or shipping then you will be presented witht eh invoice page on checkout.

errr... tried a snapshot and it failed with this fatal error -

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 783) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Flu-Masks\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.

Hi John,

Go to Housekeeping | Compact Databases .. and select both catalog and shipping, this will close down Actinic. Reopen and then try the snapshot.

Hi John,

From the snapshot I see that you have Simple Tax and Simple Shipping applied. You will need to have either Advanced tax or one of the other shipping options, 'Total Quantity', Total Value' or 'Total weight' applied for the option to use a different delivery address to be available.
