    Custom ammendments on Reports

I would like to have a print off of all of the customers that have placed an order in the last month.
However as I don't use customer accounts i can only seem to print off a list of transactions. (ie what has sold).

Can we insert customised reports or change reports so they will print a list of customers addresses etc?

    Thanks guys

You can add custom reports to Actinic, to do this you will need a copy of Crystal Reports V8.5 to create the reports and a copy of the Actinic advanced user guide as there is a section in there that tells you how to add custom reports into Actinic.

You can also however use our One Stop Order Processing product to generate custom reports, just build a view containing the details you need and click on the printer icon to print it off, it is very easy to use and numeric columns will be automatically totalled for you. You can find more details and a free trial at :

If you do not have access to Crystal Reports as Jan suggested, then you can go the other route. In View | Business Settings | Order Processing .. check to see if you have 'Enable Export to Files' selected. This should then make available the 5 .csv files Orders, Persons, Orderlines, Payments & Buyers, by default these will be created in your Site1 folder unless you browse and select an alternate storeage path. On the Orders tab, highlight the orders for the last month, right click and select re-export to files. This will populate the above mentioned .csv files, you will find all the necessary information in these files.

Please note that you will need to move the information from these files to an alternate location as with each successive export the files will overwrite existing data not append.
