Customer shipping choice

I want to allow my customers a choice from two shipping methods one Royal Mail Special delivery and two Royal Mail special delivery with loss insurance. Currently I use Shipping Bands by Zones and have one shipping method i.e. Special Delivery. How do I allow the customer a choice of shipping methods?

I presume if it is possible it will be via the class in business settings.

I am reluctant to experiment now the site is operational as I might loose a customer if I mess the settings up.

Is there a way to do this, I have seen a number of comments where people say they give a choice of shipping methods. I would be grateful if someone who has managed to do this could give me an idea of what they did.

Hi Chris - yes it's done by adding a new class to the zone and populating a costs table for that class. There is quite a lot of information on this in the Actinic documentation available from their support site.
