Problem with restricting quantity to 1

I've found the handy "Order Quantity Always One" in the business settings - but it still allows people to enter a quantity on the order page:

Shouldn't this just be a hard-coded quantity of one? Is there a way to do this? As it is, you can enter a larger quantity and then get the error, which seems a bit daft.

Have checked the site and looks like you have got around the issue by using 'Quantity in shopping cart' as opposed to 'Quantity on product pages'.
