Homepage is being overwritten - HELP!

When I perform a site update I used to get a message saying 'Do you want to overwrite the existing Homepage?' (or something very similar). I would always choose 'No'. The last time I updated I chose 'No' but also ticked 'Dont ask this question again'. Now the homepage gets overwritten every time. I most definitely dont want the actinic homepage to be the site homepage. How do I get Actinic to ask me the overwrite question when I update?

    Thanks

.........Strange! Now the homepage is not being overwritten when I update and I have tested it several times.

It did overwrite it the first time I chose 'No' and ticked the 'dont ask again' box but as soon as I replaced the websites homepage with the original via dreamweaver, actinic stopped replacing it with the actinic version.

I would still like to konw how to get the warning message working again when updating though.

      Hi,

If you want to see this message again go to the 'Housekeeping' menu and select 'Warning Management'. Look for 'Uploading Brochure to site root directory' and tick the show box for that option. Next time you refresh the site it will ask you if you want to overwrite the Index page.

You could also uncheck the 'Use as website homepage' option at the bottom of the 'Page Properties' window for the brochure homepage and maybe even give it a different name so it won't overwrite your normal Index.html page.

        Thats great, thanks.

I had already ticked this option in 'Warning Management' but I had not done a site refresh (just updates).

        Thanks again
