    problems with completed orders

    hi,

    we have a completed order that for some reason remains on the pending file, we have gone through all the normal procedures to complete the order but actinic wont register it as completed

    what is going on? I believe it may have crashed last week while we were completing it but that couldve been a different one.

    please help

    someone else reported this problem last week and was recommended to reprint their invoice report.. apparently it did solve the problem!
    If not, is it a standard order with everything shipped, no cancellations etc?
    There are some issues with orders not moving to the completed tab when orderlines are cancelled.
    Prob not very helpful (one of those days today!)

      If you right click on the order and export it, it should then go to completed. If you don't see an export option, you will need to enable it in business settings / order processing.

        thanks the export did the trick!

        that was very strange we tried reprinting the invoice many times but it didnt solve it
