Setting Up a Zero-Rated Shipping Charge for a Customer Account

I want to zero-rate the shipping charge for one customer only - so that when they order they are not charged for any shipping costs. Currently shipping is charged in one of two bands, based upon the value of the customer's order.

Presumably, the best way is firstly to set up a customer account? But how do I zero-rate the shipping charge for this customer only?

Hi,

There isn't really a way to do this I'm afraid. I've been playing around with the discounts to try to get a way for you but have found that this has limitations and sometimes it just doesn't work correctly. I will add your suggestion to the wish list.
