Missing Orders

I've been having lots of problems with actinic over the last two days and now the worst one is that I can't download orders placed between yesterday and today.

Orders placed from this afternoon onwards is fine.

I know people have paid for their orders as I've checked our payment provider - however there are no corresponding orders on the system and we never got confirmation emails through of the orders either.

Is there any other way to get orders off the system apart from downloading them via actinic ?

We've contacted a few people but even they don't remember what they've ordered and its looking really bad on us !!

Is this after your post at http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=17374 ?? Download orders and then chek on the server in your acatalog folder to see if yo can locate any .ord files. These are the order files. If you can see them, try changing your username and password in Housekeeping | Security by adding a digit or so on and then refresh the site. Check to see if the download happens after that.
