bounce page is http://url not http://www.url

Hi, I'm have a problem with the bounce page after you add a product to the basket. 'The Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here.' takes you to url without the www. After the redirect the cart shows nothing as been.

add product to the basket and the bounce takes you to
http://hmplant.rbpnewmedia.co.uk/acatalog/
and you can't see what you've added to the basket, i assume this to to do with the cookies not being on the none www url.

Has anyone else had this proble or know how to fix it?

Yeah...I uploaded the full site again and it worked ok.
