downloading orders - refreshing website

hi all

we have had a few server issues - now resolved, however on attempting to download orders and/or refresh it justs seems to "hang"

there is no box that appears with orders processing - just the egg-timer going round - which seems to dispapear then reappear.

i'll be honest its usually my partner who does all the techy stuff as i haven't a clue - unfortunately he's away until mid-december an i can't wait that long!

Hi Allie,

Can you try going into the Advanced Menu | Network Setup and changing the 'CGI Script ID number '. You will then have to refresh the site (Web | Refresh Website). Let me know if this solves it for you.

In the above location the script ID will be showing as "1" .. if it is the baby site .. change that to read 2 so it forces new scripts
