My developer used v5 and he tells me that the format of the addresses to choose from (if you are an account-holder) customer is dreadful.
For myself, I have found it irritating that the heading on each address does not appear on the completed record. Also, it is extremely annoying not to have the facility to enter email addresses, tel nos, fax nos and contact names for every address. I don't quite know where (or whether) the data I'm entering will come out in the record or in the paperwork.
I am about to embark on developing the customer accounts bit, and would like to know if there have been any changes for v7, or will I have to use his code to ensure it looks pretty?
Any thoughts?
