Can I Sell My Actinic Version 7?

Have 2 versions of Actinic Business V7 one of which i am thinking of selling on E bay, can i do this? do i need to contact Actinic to do this?

If the box has not been openned and key not used for a site, then should not be an issue, but would run it past Actinic just to get the thumbs up before jumping in both feet first.

If it has been used for an operational site, then you will need to speak with Actinic in any case on what you can do..

It has been used to start a site that i did not use in the end, so i will contact Actinic to see what they say, thanks
