How do I change the text which appears on my postal option selection button which says "Parcel Post (4 Days)" I want to delete the 4 day reference as the Royal Mail says 4-5 days and some parcels are taking longer than 4 days to reach their destinations.

Check under View | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling - it is probably set as a shipping class there.. if so right click the line and select properties and edit accordingly -
