I would like the ability to create a 2nd and poss 3rd Contact Us form depending on what is being asked.

How do I go about creating a 2nd contact us form with different questions/info requested.

You wont be able to (or rather) not without a lot of customization of the Actinic form scripts to be able to achieve it, so you would be best of getting a form mailer from something like cgi-resources that meets your needs and using something like that.
