Ad suspended by google

I have been using google adwords for the last week, but have just received an email telling me that the add is suspended. This is due to the fact customers can't use their 'back' button on their browser to get back to the google search.

What can i do to change this?
Would really appreciate help on this one

what page are you sending the customer to on your site from google?

Do you have a redirect on that page ?

that your problem

you are sending them to http://www.cakescookiesandcraftsshop.co.uk

but they are then being redirected to
http://www.cakescookiesandcraftsshop.co.uk/acatalog/

just change the page that you are sending the users from google to:

http://www.cakescookiesandcraftsshop...log/index.html

and that should resolve your problem

redirect is a little piece of code on a web page that redirect people from that page to another page.

in your case you are redirecting users from http://www.cakescookiesandcraftsshop.co.uk to http://www.cakescookiesandcraftsshop.co.uk/acatalog

which means that a user would have to click the back button twice to get back to google, breaking their listing rules
