    Issues checking out

    Please help.

I currently have Actinic Business v 7.0.5 installed

I have 2 customers i know of that are currently receiving errors when they press the checkout now button from either in the shopping basket or on the main page. It returns a server configuration error that no matter what I do I can't recreate it.

If anyone has time could they check my site and see if this happens for you.

Else could someone please suggest a remedy as the number of sales I am getting at the moment has plunged just when they should be starting to see a real increase?

Went in and out of checkout several times - never encountered any problem.

      Thanks for your help.

I don't know if its not problems with checking out its with Paypal.

Are their any system and browser combinations that definetly don't work?

try getting them to hold down [CTRL] + [F5] when they get the error, it forces the browser to load from the server not the cache, the problem may lie there...

also download firefox and run through it yourself, I try to do it with all my sites, its creeping up on IE although it is not my browser of choice!

another thing I just noticed which is probably unrelated is that your script ID is 0, just never seen that before on a site, only on hosted SSL pages...

thanks for that, i have checked it with firefox as that is the only other browser i know of. i was think more of other platforms like a mac or linux.

secondly what number should my script ID be?

I think it can be anything, but I have never seen it as 0 before

If you did change it it would regenerate all the scripts and may solve your problem...
