Actini 7 Sever requirements

Hi

I was wondering what the server requirements are for Actinic 7,

I am most interested in what is all needed to get Actinic running on Server 2003, I know you need perl 5xxx, but actinic needs to send emails, does anyone know if server 2003 is capable of running actinic standalone, or do you have to have microsoft exchange ? is there anywhere I could get some info on setting up actinic with server 2003.

not to sound like a geek, but I would love to set up my own web page and host it on my own server.
