Payment completed problem

    Payment completed problem

    When payment has been received and order shipped I send a completed email and complete the shipping form but then the order doesn't move from the ORDER page into the COMPLETED page. I have gone into Payments and inserted New Entry, etc but it still will not move.
    Anyone got the same problem?

    Have you gone through the process of printing off the invoice and packing lists, as it will not move unless this is completed, but if you do not want it to print out, then there is a way by invoking the export of the orders, which flicks this switch, which is mentioned in the forum somewhere if I recall.
