Offline order entry problem

I have a problem “creating an offline order” when it comes to adding the customers details the “Country” pull down is empty, as this a required field, I cannot get the Next button showing so cannot add any orders offline. Any ideas?

I have had a look on the store and it seems to work fine online. Have you made any changes on the store since the last update? If this is still happening I would suggest raising an email ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm.

They will need to see a snapshot of the site to determine why this is happening.
